Awesome staff, clean room, the food was delicious, the bar and the bartenders were excellent. The only thing I didn't like about the property was that they didn't have 24-hour room service for food and I like to eat all time of night. If you're hungry late night you on your own.

Front desk staff and bartender Michelle were all great!

I chose the SoCo hotel due to its location, the smaller size of the hotel and the à la carte offering at meal times. A wonderful experience! 😎
Staff
All the staff were very helpful from
Linda and the front of house team, to Michelle, Shane & Zac who brought the energy to the bar area ensuring your glass was never empty, to Margarita and the restaurant team who worked efficiently at meal times.
Location
Right at the end of the Richard Haynes boardwalk so you can enjoy the pool, the beach or wander along the boardwalk to take in the stunning views.
Food
Excellent selection of à la carte options available at breakfast, lunch and dinner which changes regularly.
The size of the hotel allows you to regularly interact with other guests and get to know the staff (and vice versa) which makes for a more personable experience.

It was not my idea of an all inclusive hotel. The food was cooked to order and if you wanted seconds you had to wait for it to be cooked. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm after a 4 and a half hour flight and was told that there were no food to eat and dinner would not start until 7:00pm. We had to pay 3 US dollars a bottle for extra water for the room. The staff at dinner were amazing. The food was ok . We wind up eating off property several days
