Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are.
Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price

Amazing location! Literally in front of Lidl. Walking distance to Los Gigantes beach and Natural pool! Staff are amazing! Would recommend!

Everything is great beside the smell of the garbage bin that was in the kitchen.

The staff working during the day was simply incredible, very grateful. The place is for 4 and a half, very comfortable and beautiful. I recommend staying.
