My companion and I had a superb time at the property. The highlight was the excellent, first-class service — truly impeccable.
The suite we stayed in was very comfortable, with a heated bathroom floor that added a luxurious touch.
We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived — from the complimentary champagne and fruit in our room to the unbeatable warmth and friendliness of the staff.
The area around the property is safe, though walking outside the estate can be challenging, especially for guests with special needs.
The restaurant is also top-tier. The waitstaff were absolutely outstanding. Caio and Felipe (if I remember their names correctly) were particularly fantastic.
Thank you for the staff for providing us with such a remarkable experience.

The Villa Casato is a fantastic place to stay in Campos do Jordão. The staff are very friendly. The food is extraordinary. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The bathroom floors are heated so that you never step into a frigid bathroom in this beautiful mountain retreat. We can not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly. It was worth every penny.
