Amazing over-the-weekend stay

The hotel is in a good location with the apartments overlooking the Titisee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. The breakfast and sauna were a good addition.

The parking spaces are limited, but there are possible parking spots down the road. Nevertheless, when it’s icy, it’s a but more inconvenient.

Short, sweet and satisfying.

Good view from the balcony of the lake. Breakfast had good variety and good quality. The room size was good. Staff is really responsive and dedicated.

More on the functional side than plush. Where we stayed we had to carry our heavy luggage three or four floors up through stairs No one from the staff is there after 8 pm.

Nice location, Great Lake view, clean and specious rooms

Nice location, close to city center. Good view of the lake. Quiet, secure and upmarket surroundings. Hotel is overall very clean and rooms have generous space. Good breakfast. Parking places are limited but hotel managed to arrange alternate free parking nearby. Note that there are no elevators in the property. Surprisingly excellent Badi with lush green place nearby (about 300 meters from the property).

No elevator or kids entertainment facilities at the property. Check-in possible only at other nearby sister property after 4pm.

Hotel has a great view with balcony and within Walton distance to the center. The beds are very comfy and the breakfast is fabulous as advertised. The property exceeded the expectation.

There is no swimming pool but a great sauna and a relaxing area.

Really nice location with lake view, very nice clean design, comfortable stay, quite location and great for families. Nice breakfast options.

Would have been nice to get more of concierge service with tips what to do , where to go - came for skiing, but due to not enough snow, wasn't sure where to go and what to do, what is nice in the neighbourhood to do.

Wonderful place to stay with kids

- Beautiful lake view - Great breakfast (from sister hotel). Great staff too who can remember my coffee choice on the second day of stay. - Room is a little outdated but clean and spacious. - hoschschwarzwald card for free. Very closed to Feldberg (15 mins ride) - super helpful staff Ms. Martinovic from sister Hotel Alemannenhof. She helped us making a few calls to attraction while we don't speak German.

- a little bit far from city center - the hotel is located on the other side of the road of the lake and it's on the hill. Not exactly a "lakeside" hotel - reception was closed due to low season, check in required to go to sister hotel.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel, but this time I noticed that the hotel wanted to move me to their hostel, which is located further on the mountain, arguing that the hotel is not many visitors, so they move me to their complex, which is on the other street, but when I noticed and began to scandalize, they corrected it! I hope this doesn't happen again as the hotel itself is nice and the rooms could certainly be freshened up, but in general the rooms are all there and very clean! I hope this doesn't happen again as the hotel is good and freshened up, but the rooms are very clean and the view is great. The only thing is that there is no elevator, so couples with baby carriages will have a hard time! Not to mention people with disabilities.

Beautiful, peaceful area. Really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the view of the lake from the balcony. The room was spacious, with the kitchen area, dining table and separate bedroom. Enjoyed breakfast everyday. It was an easy walk to the city where we enjoyed several restaurants and purchased breads and pastries. Used the Black Forest card to take a boat ride on Lake Titisee. Played Adventure Golf and hiked to the Saig area of Lenzkirch. Beautiful fall colors! Beautiful sunsets! Weather was mostly warm even though it was October. Had a dark, winding, rainy Uber drive from Zurich airport to the hotel, but we were able to walk to the Titisee train station for our journey back to Zurich HB.

Bathroom was a little small. Cot was not so comfortable for my adult son. Checkin was a little confusing because we arrived after 8pm and had to go to sister hotel.

Second stay and it's getting better.

This is the second time we visit this hotel. The room was way better, because we didn't get the top floor room that we got the first time (without elevator). This time we even got access to an elevator.

Lake view was a bit limited because of some bushes in front of our balcony. The inconsideration of some guests to use two parking spaces for one vehicle.
