As expected, no thrills but clean and comfortable. Would avoid in hot weather though as the rooms are well insulated.

Veey good basic accommodation. Very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. The college isn't in the centre of Canturbury; it's a good mile to walk to the centre and it's up a hill on the way back. However there's a regular bus service to/from town.

Fantastic little find.
Friendly, quiet, clean. Cheaper than most hotels. Breakfast included was an extra surprise and bonus.
If I’m in the area over night again I’m certainly checking here for availability
