    I really enjoyed having my own bed in this hostel! It’s clean overall and the staff are very kind. It does look a bit nicer in photos than the reality but it’s not a dump either. The beds were exceptionally comfortable for a hostel and that alone made it worth it to me. Really close to the U bahn and a grocery store and they’re working on building a kitchen for guests (not sure when this will be available). If you’re freaked out by homeless people that exist in major cities this neighborhood may not be for you although I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. There’s a nice little garden in front of the hostel as well that feels relatively private from the city. I’d stay here again happily :)

    Had the absolute best time talking with the staff, all are super helpful and personable. Maria and Andres ate the kindest people and made our stay one to remember. Definitely staying here again!

    Location depends on your personal preference. For me it was good- walking distance to Potzdamer Platz, few museums, and Kreutzberg neighborhoods. Big supermarket across the road, few corner delis around the corners, and train station 2min walk. Room is big, but bare bone, and if you are in dorm experience depends on other guests. I liked the staff- very friendly and helpful. Now what I didn't like- lack of kitchen, laundry, and bathroom(clean but felt like I was in prison). Oh, and what's up with towel charge (almost 4 euro for rental)??? I'd rather pay few more euros a day and have them all included. Free coffee/tea would have been nice.

    Ducking shit-hole, school group shouting and screaming with no respect for other guests. Their teachers sitting there doing nothing and reception says basically ‘tough shit’.
