We really enjoyed the breakfast choices. The room was comfortable and clean. Minimalist decor (no closet). The hotel in general was nice and clean. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. Even the chair is a plastic one, where seating and working is a pain. The window was covered by a advertisement banner hung outside, leaving the room dark.

The hotel is clean and accesible. However, the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Also, the lights over the bed did not work so the room was dark with only a few lights on. Finally I had an issue when I checked in but this is something between Expedia and the Hotel. I thought I was booking a room with a double bed but when I checked in I was surprised to learn that I book a single bed room. The pictures and everything was the double bed. They did not have any double beds available but the reception tried its best to help me.

Short stay in Queretaro. Very convenient stay in a good location in town. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Check-in took a bit longer than usual due to some confusion but other than that no issues.

The beds are like bricks. Our backs were hurting for days. The room has the absolute minimum of amenities, it’s small and the finishes need maintenance. The price we paid for that night is not justified. There are so many other better options in Querétaro. Please choose better than we did!

We will not stay at this hotel again. The location is convenient if you need to be in Jurica and very close there are restaurants and some shopping. The room was dirty, hair in shower and on sink, and had a terrible overly perfumed smell. The floor in the bathroom had a thick layer of soap on it that was not mopped off. I seriously considered moving to a new hotel.
