A nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet available. Rooms were a bit stuffy but a fan was provided to help with the heat.

The room was good with 2 floors in a room. I did not feel safe staying here as the rooms next door and the balcony are shared. Make sure that your door room is locked. However, the location was good, not far from the tram and subway (walkable). The bathroom was ok. The staffs are friendly. For me it's ok for a one night stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. They were not cooperative and showed little regard for guest comfort. I was made to wait unnecessarily, and my concerns were not addressed with the expected courtesy or urgency.
While the property itself may have potential, the unprofessional attitude of the staff significantly affected my overall stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and guest service.
