All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and a nice variety. Rooms were very comfortable.

On the internet presence rooms is only parquette floor of the rooms shown, in reality it was carpet. No upgrade was possible.

A very nice spa hotel, and a very romantic area by the sea. Perfect for relaxing. The spa is really amazing, with a lot of different options: 3 different saunas 1 steam bath Forest rain shower Waterfall shower Snow shower Mood light therapy A big pool for excercise Outdoor cold water foot basin Outdoor walking path on stones for blood circulation A private spa which is amazing for couples, I wish I could book it as a room for our whole stay at the hotel A huge range of body bath treatments, massages and facials More... Unfortunately is very difficult to communicate with anyone in English. No one speaks English and all hotel information and spa treatment and staff is ONLY in German! Breakfast is ok, but German style (not gourmet, just quantity and not quality).
