The room was nice, clean and comfortable, but unfortunately that was the main positive. For a family of four, only 2 small bottles of water were provided with no refill. We were asked to go to the restaurant to refill or purchase more. There was no coffee machine, no hair dryer and only 2 towels for 4 guests. Even the tissues provided were a tiny pack of around 10–15 tissues. Overall, it felt like the resort was cutting corners on very basic amenities, which was disappointing for a property of this type. The pool was okay, but the water looked slightly greenish and there were leaves in it, which made us wonder how regularly it was being cleaned. We had read several very disappointing reviews about the food, so we decided not to eat at the resort and therefore cannot comment on the restaurant ourselves. Overall, nice and clean rooms, but the experience could have been much better with some attention to basic guest amenities and maintenance.
