I think they can improve the food service, the hotel doesn’t have any staff working in the kitchen, the person in the front desk has to do it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of four nights midweek on business. Everything was fantastic. It's a smallish hotel (27 rooms over 7 floors) in a great location on a safe, quiet street. It's only two easy-walking blocks to the Andino mall and another block or two to the Zona Rosa/T, with all it's shops and night life. I had a double business room, which most places would call a junior suite (extra space, nice couch with pullout bed). TV, wifi, safe, coffee machine, and refrigerator (small) all worked perfectly (no microwav). Bed very comfy, room very quiet. My room and the entire hotel were spotless and well maintained. Front desk staff was always very attentive and pleasant. Because it's small, there was never a wait at the desk. The price was relatively inexpensive compared to the major chains and very reasonable for what you get. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bogotá. The breakfast area is smallish, seating for about 16 people (plus a small terrace outside) but the breakfast is great. The made-to-order omelettes with fresh veggies and meats are fantastic and so is the huge fresh fruit spread (go for the granadillas, usually found only in Colombia). There was only room for a few other basics, mostly a variety of breads and a few pastries plus juice and coffee/tea.
