Nobody cleaned the rooms for five days. No Internet connection even after telling the front desk.

After 1300hrs on a Sunday, check-in is bua a machine in a lobby off the car park, I met staff who were on their wst out and they were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean but basic. The price paid seems fair. Breakfast is an additional €14.90, the selection was very good and food quality is excellent.

Exceptional staff that is kept busy throughout the week. Property is centrally located and easily accessible at all times of the day. The night desk manager was always on top of things. Breakfast buffett and facility cleanliness top notch.

Booked room for 3, and was given a two bedroom suite, which was excellent. Breakfast good - but not free as advertised ! Only issue was the reception. It was supposed to be open until 8pm, but had shut when we arrived at 7.30pm. So couldn't get a drink to relax. We obtained room keys from a key-safe

Location, Location, Location. Pirmasens is a hidden jewel mixing new and old Germany. A lively town that seems to have ongoing summer festivities every day, not just on weekends. The hotel is with a short walk of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The only drawbacks were the lack of A/C (record breaking heat wave during my stay) and a tended bar (would have been great to go downstairs for a cold draft beer on those hot nights. The staff are attentive and the facilities are well maintained. Get ready for Euro size parking. I will choose this hotel again.

The cleaning stuff couldn't speak English well and they forgot to clean my room one of the days, although they advised me to turn the door marker to green for ready to clean, when I left the room. I got a free coffee as a compensation for this. The stuff in the reception brought me towels, but the room had smelling garbage for two days. The room didn’t have a heating possibility, the weather was humid and rainy. Other than that, very helpful stuff at the reception.

Overall service was great and premises were very clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied with the first room because it was small and we had a lot of baggage. We upgraded to a business class room for $11 and we were very satisfied with the space in the room. Our overall stay was excellent.

Our stay was really lovely. My partner and I travelled with our Daughter and grandson who is 6. The hotel catered for all our needs and the staff were all warm and friendly. The hotel has a number of complimentary sweets and my grandson loved them!! Breakfast had a wide selection including a waffle maker, again leaving my grandson shrieking with joy:0)

Pretty easy to find in town centre with free parking. Decor a little tried and rooms quite small, but as a stop off on a longer journey could not be faulted. The service was excellent and staff willing and friendly. For the price paid this was very good accomodation. For only €5 you could also get a very high standard breakfast (which really puts to shame those hotel chains charging £10-15 for something no better). I had a walk around the town and had a cheap meal out. I recommend this hotel as a stop off and was not disappointed overall.

This hotel is easy to get to from the train station...in fact, once I exited the train, I turned to look for it and found that it was an easy half-kilometer walk (if that) up a hill from the train station. The staff is friendly and very helpful, so if you don't know the lay of the land in Pirmasens, don't fret, they will help you. There is Wi-Fi available in the rooms and it is well-situated. The fussgaengerzone is not far away - about 300m or so - and just about everything else one would want to see in Pirmasens is in easy reach of the hotel as well. If you are stopping by there, be sure to give this hotel a look. It is also easily accessible by car and has it's own parking lot (don't know if the hotel charges to park there or not).

Hotel is small but compact breakfast selection was if good variety and quality. Staff were very friendly and efficient, only downside would be the "high speed" wifi Internet in the rooms, was not very good but that is a minor criticism overall.
