Are you looking for a holiday retreat for a larger group of up to 16 people – surrounded by nature and close to the ski slopes? Then this stylish villa in Benecko is exactly what you’re looking for. Located at 870 metres above sea level on the quiet upper edge of the village, you’ll enjoy fresh mountain air, panoramic views, and plenty of comfort.
Designed in 2016 by a local architect, the villa combines modern luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The house is spread over three floors and features six bedrooms, several luxurious bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a breathtaking view of the valley. There’s plenty of space, peace, and character here – ideal for families, groups of friends, or a mix of both.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, underfloor heating, and direct access to the garden. On the middle floor, you’ll find two cosy lounge areas, one of which can be converted into an additional bedroom with its own bathroom if needed. This floor also opens onto a spacious terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and stunning mountain views. The top floor has two more large bedrooms and a shared bathroom with both a shower and a jacuzzi. A private sauna completes the experience – perfect after a day of skiing or hiking.
In winter, the Benecko ski lift is within walking distance – a family-friendly ski area. And if you're looking for more variety, the popular resort of Spindleruv Mlyn is also nearby. In summer, you can head straight into Krkonose National Park, with countless hiking and mountain biking trails. Whether you're after adventure or pure relaxation – this villa offers it all, and in style.

Modern, comfortable, everything you need for a getaway. Staff are very attentive and on hand if you need any advice on where to visit/eat locally. Great panoramic view from the villa. Great summer hiking/biking base. Owner gave some great cycle routes.

This is the most incredible home imaginable for a holiday in the mountains. The host is wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and the views are spectacular from the outside terrace.

Finding such a beautiful house for such a large group was really a godsend. In the large living room with kitchen we cooked together & spend great evenings together. The spa area was also just right after skiing. Zuzana was a great sympathetic host, always quick to respond and had valuable tips.
