Very large, very modern, very luxurious villa "El Refugio", 2 storeys, built in 2021. In the district of Mar Azul - Portitchol, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated (13 x 4 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 3.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "Cala Barraca o Portitxol" 500 m. Surf school 600 m, tennis 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Het huis was precies zoals op de foto. Het uitzicht was waanzinnig mooi en het huis zelf was heel schoon en comfortabel. Het is 10 minuten rijden naar het dichtstbijzijnde strandzand (Playa Arenal). Hier vind je tal van leuke restaurants met lekker eten en voor de kids staan er op het strand diverse leuke speeltoestellen. Op 5 minuten lopen van het huis is het stenenstrand, hier vindt je een leuk restaurant en ook een gave wandelroute naar boven. Enige nadeel is dat het zwembad niet verwarmd is.

Luxurious accommodation both inside and outside. Villa exactly like the photos. Spectacular views. A car is essential, you can walk to the pebble cove La Barraca with its beautiful outside restaurant and the coastal path to Cap Prim but nowhere else. However, local taxi service is excellent and will take you anywhere, reasonable price. Javea is very spread out, 3 areas, Arenal, Port and Old Town, all with great restaurants.

stayed for a week with our 4 children. 8-15. House is perfect for a holiday, great size and standard of accomodation with incredible views & a short drive from the Arinal Beach. The staff were helpful and responsive & the house was clean & well furnished. there was nothing missing. would highy recommend. we will be going back again! :)
