Ocean Gem in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher and balcony, a dining room with seating for four and a sitting room with a TV. There is also a conservatory with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car in a private garage and a large seaward facing terrace balcony with furniture. Apologies, but this property doesn't accept pets or smoking. A shop can be found within 0.5 miles, a pub within 0.6 miles and a beach within 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A memorable retreat awaits at Ocean Gem. Note: We request that guests provide their own cot bedding. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

We had an absolutely fabulous week staying in the lovely Ocean Gem. Very clean, tidy and welcoming. Very comfortable beds and bedding was soft and luxurious. Very well equipped kitchen. The mixed weather meant we didnt get the chance to enjoy eating outside, or sitting, on the patio but the door from the conservatory was open and the views across to St Ives and Hayle were superb...when it wasnt raining we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Unfortunately we are in our 70’s & found all the stairs difficult. Perhaps you should put not suitable for some.
