Perfect location and great price. Room was very warm though, we had a fan but it was still quiet warm. Everything else was 👍 great

The staff was great. The breakfast (additional cost) was worth it. Rooms were clean and well kept. The area around the hotel is very quiet as it is a small town. After walking Frankfurt, staying in Bad Soden was a good idea to avoid the hectic area. There is a train station right outside the hotel so you have easy access to anywhere you'd like to go.

It’s a great place to stay, very convenient of you come by train, since it’s right next to train station and the high street. Unfortunately there was a lot of road works going on which was a bit noisy, once that is done it will be great.

Staff was very nice and the room was pretty big.Sometimes the water in the bathroom wouldn’t get warm even after waiting 10 minutes. There was construction right in front of the hotel and it started early in the morning around 6am every weekday. Other than that it was nice

Did reservation for one night stay ,my flight was delay ,I came to hotel and it was closed ,previously contact hotel with my issues ,no responese firm hotel ,no refunds for not used service ,terrible customer service or no manager on property

Room was equivalent to a sauna with no AC. The bathroom absolutely stank and was possibly the reason for the sauna-esque climate. Unreal. Even after running the cold tap for 5 minutes the water was still in the hot side of warm. God knows how they managed this feat of plumbing. The windows joining the fire escape stairwell outside room wouldn’t lock properly so it was possible to just push the windows open into the room. Perfect for anyone sealing the local sauna. The local taxi drivers appear to be made welcome to use the tables at the front of the hotel to congregate, drink and smoke. Let’s just stay I’ve stayed in better hotels.

Pretty old and mediocre hotel. No A/C, just a couple of very noisy fans. Overpriced breakfast which were just a lot of plastic wrapped stuff. We payed €15 per person… also for the kids.

The stay was pleasant and in fact we extended a second night. Great location in center of Bad Soden with walking distance to everything. Very helpful front desk staff who checked us in. Train station in front. The room was small and difficult to move around but we did not spend much time in it other than sleeping.

Very closed to the downtown, easy to find restaurants and stores. Receptionists sweet and warmly welcomed us. The high ceiling room was cozy and clean but bathroom needs renovation.(Especially Bathtub was old and no drain stopper, useless at all) No AC in a room.

Clean hotel in a top notch location. Few steps to the Bad Soden Am Tanus train station which has a direct train to Frankfurt main station. The continental breakfast was very good as well. Only issue I had was that the wifi connection wasn't very fast for streaming, but ok to do basic browsing, etc.

The staff was nice and friendly when we arrived. We got a small room with a clean bathroom. It was only for one night, so as long as it is clean, I can manage to stay everywhere. What was not so great: for two people the room was very small, so you had to open the window to get enough oxygen. But because it was winter you couldn't leave the window open constantly. So it was either very warm and airless or cold. And the double bed was right next to the wall, so not very comfortable for the person on the side of wall. For one person the room would have probably been fine. We didn't habe breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. Very close to the S-Bahn station.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station. In fact that was one of the surprises. The website showed the wonderful front aspect but failed to show that it was in a cul-de-sac facing the station. There was upkeep work in progress on the outside but inside was pristine.

There is no air conditioning and the location is directly in front of the bus station, taxi pick up, and a huge parking garage, which created an incredibly loud environment. I did not sleep all night. I moved to another hotel and they refused to give me a refund!

this hotel is quite small. Dating back to 18xx, it is more kind of mansion size and got recently renovated and refurbished. The romantic old style is very well maintained, feels a bit like a time warp when walking in. Single rooms are fairly small, do not offer a work desk and the WiFi sometimes work better, sometimes less.However - the landlord is very accommodating. The restaurant is cozy, offers a nice choice of not-so-standard-food, is creative, fresh and tasty. The aged spirit of the house seems to have influenced the service´s speed a bit ...The hotel is very close to the hot springs.Only suggestion for improvement: The smell of sewage/mold in the bathroom was quite strong. Did mention at check out and he they are working on it. Once fixed this hotel turns from a should visit into a marvelous, individual place one needs to visit.

They were unhelpful and unsympathetic. In the end I moved to another hotel to avoid the construction, the noise, and especially the awful attitude of the front desk person

Unfortuantely the restaurant is no longer open in the evening and we could not obtain any hot drinks after breakfast had finished. Unfortunately there were not any facilities to make hot drinksin the room either.

Situated 1 minute walk from the DB the main taxi rank, and the main street location could not have been better. There was building work going on while we were at the hotel which commenced at 7:15 which was not well received. Room was a bit basic with no bath and carpets that had seen better days but Wifi was free and there was sufficient space to work. Breakfast was included in the price and included a good range of buffet options. Would be happy to return.
