The house was great for a group of two couples and two adult children, as each couple/person had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the screened-in porch, large living/dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. However, prospective guests should be aware that the house is built over water, and at high tide, it was impossible leave the house without wading through water about 8 inches deep. The description does not disclose this problem, nor did it make clear that no towels are provided. When I wrote to the manager to ask about towels and other items, I got no response. The charcoal grill was in poor condition and the dim lighting on the porch limited its usefulness. I was also surprised, given the high cleaning fee, that we were responsible for stripping the beds and dropping the linens off in town, especially with a 10 am check out.

We have an annual girls getaway
We choose this location and overall we are very pleased with most aspects of the property. Towels and hand soap is not included. Bring boots
dock. Overall very nice house roomy and kitchen has everything you need.
