The room was wonderful! The concert was beyond!
I’m afraid breakfast was a disaster.
The coffee is not drinkable (the waitress shared that the Staff walks across the street to Thump Coffee for theirs, so we did, too.) The food was equally inedible—greasy and bland. When I asked for a replacement, the very young, indignant chef CAME TO OUR TABLE to huffily respond “It’s BUTTER.” Hmm. Not any butter I’ve tasted.
Nevertheless, for the price point the food should be amazing (it used to be), and the service should be impeccable (it’s not).
I love the idea of the Oxford, but not the experience itself.

Great stay! I loved it all. Rooms spacious and clean, great doggie stay program, gym and dry sauna was amazing. (used it twice!) Food was very good from Rome. Had two salads. The cheese board was very very very good!
Great service. Loved the comp. sparking wine upon checking in. Super place. We will be back.

Wonderful hotel! Everything who works there is exceptionally nice & helpful. Room on service was excellent & FAST! Love this hotel!
