About this house rental
The Schwalbennest vacation rental has been lovingly furnished for a special getaway for two. The apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks the terrace.
There is a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, an oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The spacious shower room with underfloor heating is wheelchair-accessible. There is also a romantic bedroom with a double bed.
Dogs are allowed for a fee.
The Schwalbennest vacation rental (50 sqm) is furnished for 2–4 people. It is located on the first floor with a view of the terrace. This apartment features a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), an oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. There’s plenty of cabinet space for your groceries! The sofa bed can be easily converted into a bed! There is also a spacious shower room (accessible for people with disabilities!) with underfloor heating and a bedroom with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames; a crib is available upon request). A closet is located at the back of the kitchen-living area. Behind the kitchen is a small storage room for your suitcases and bags. The floors are covered with easy-to-clean, attractive linoleum. Bed linens and towels are available for a fee. Use of the washer and dryer is available for a fee. Dogs are allowed for a fee.
Our organic farm is located on the green marsh island of Pellworm, in the heart of the North Frisian Wadden Sea National Park, about 30 km west of Husum.
We operate a diverse grassland and arable farm with cattle, sheep, and lambs. During lambing season, children are welcome in the barn, and in the spring, you’re more than welcome to pet the lambs; however, we are generally a full-time farm without dairy cattle and unfortunately cannot guarantee farm interactions. Of course, we’re always happy to have people interested in our work.
The vacation apartments are located in the main house on a mound. There’s a large garden, plenty of open space to run around, a playground, a trampoline, and lots to explore. The harbor, the beach with Pellworm’s iconic lighthouse, a bike rental shop, and the island’s center, Tamensil—with all its shopping options—are just a few minutes away.
But of course, you’re also welcome to stay in our beautiful apartments, relax, and enjoy the island’s tranquility.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
