I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. During my 3-night stay, the sheets were never changed even once. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told that the hotel only changes sheets if the guest specifically requests it — which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
When I asked for water, I was told that the hotel only provides one big bottle of water upon arrival — nothing more, even if you stay multiple nights. For a 3-night stay, this policy is unreasonable and shows very poor hospitality.
On top of that, the coffee cup I used in the morning was left on my table outside for 2 days without being cleaned or replaced. In the end, I had to take it back myself just to get a clean one.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to guests were far below standard. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will definitely not return.
