    Arrived to a Great place with Great food and Great staff. Found room, all good. Went for dinner, very nice. Totally relaxed after a very long day. Went back to my room at about 7.30pm to be greeted by some music in another room. Music got louder and louder. Rang reception to be told that there was a party on the floor above, floor 6. Music continued until about 10.30pm. Then it sounded like they were giving out rewards? I could hear talking then clapping and chanting. If you are staying at this hotel I would advise you not to be staying on the 5th floor! Enjoy

    Mattress’s probably need an upgrade for sure. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than 2 nights in those beds. Clean rooms. Unfortunately our car was broken into in the car park and so we had to contact Autoglass to put a temporary window in so we could drive home. But the reception was very good at letting us stay longer on our checkout day until it had been fixed, and she was very helpful on the day of the break in letting me use a dust pan and brush for all the broken glass. Thank you for that we really appreciate it!

    Where to start, 4 star hotel err nope, 4 star wouldn't put a single duvet in a double duvet cover, cheap furniture, two in room 1 seat, door lock broken, couldnt get back in room, so room wasn't made up following day, shower door quite a big gap in door frame, over priced food, deep fryed chips, nah, if 4 star food should be spot on, service very slow, asked for two drinks, one turned up, waited, waited, it was Guinness, waited, asked for drink either forgot or didn't listen, wasn't even busy , only one at bar, me, don't get me wrong, staff are very pleasant, would do anything for you, buy hey, probably payed peanuts, but did offer free breakfast day of leaving , £32 for breakfast? No different than a premire inn, in fact been in better premier, just thought I'd treat us, very close to shopping centre, which was good, 4 star hotel premium priced i suppose, just been honest 😀
