I would like a refund for at least a night. Had to deal with bugs in the room and a tub that didn’t drain

Historic location in proximity to much Manchester has to offer.

This is my first time being back to this hotel in ten years … before that I remember this hotel was amazing and it great shape .. this time it’s run down hotel staff unavailable and unhelpful I couldn’t even get a desk member to assist us in booking a round of golf at their course. There is also a resort fee for 48 dollars a night which we weren’t even sure what that covered. There are no extraordinary amenities included.. the property has fallen into decline and nothing was up to date. Rooms don’t even have a refrigerator or microwave. I would recommend staying at the Taconic up the road. That hotel is worth the resort fee and they don’t sneak it into the price. I understand why the hotel parking lot if vacant and there are very few guests.
