Fabulous Parador in the mountains. Upgrade to a Mountain View room if you can. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant serving the best octopus I’ve ever had. Rooms aren’t huge but are well equipped.Parador easy to find and roads are good. Can’t wait to come back!

Service at times in bar and restaurant slow as too many people and too little waiters. Especially on the weekend a bit difficult. Hotel is nice and has its own charm. However overall renovation is from quite a while back and therefore feels a bit old fashioned. Good place to explore gredos and would stay again!
