Limited undercover parking but regardless of whether parking was undercover or in the open the charge was a flat $15 extra per night. Toaster was supplied but it did not work. No milk - fresh or long life UHT - was provided and their lame excuse was because the milk they had was past its use by date!

Convenient location and close to Chadstone shopping centre. Bathroom was tired looking and the cupboards were falling apart.
It was a bit noisy as my room was on the side facing the major roads.
Communication was very good.
