    Hotel location was excellent. Shower & bathroom small. Room spacious and clean. Harley was a great welcoming host. We were disappointed that we were not in the main hotel - this was not explained to us on booking. There were no staff on site where we were staying which was not ideal. Upon arrival we had to be directed by a business owner on the street as to where the hotel was. Google maps did bring us to 2nd building but we could not access it and there were no notices on it to direct us to where to go.

    Hotel is good small room, but perfect for two people. I will recommend this as it is near to the all the famous place in Venice.

    The stay was acceptable overall. The room was decent and clean, though not very spacious. Basic services were provided, but nothing exceptional.
