We had a very enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was amazing, with a great variety of options every day—we never got bored of the selection. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well each night. The cocktails were also good and enjoyable, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We especially liked having access to billiards—it was a fun way to spend some of our time.

One area that could be improved is the evening entertainment. The shows were okay, but we felt they could be more engaging and of higher quality.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an experience that far exceeded all expectations. The food alone is worth the visit—every meal was crafted to perfection, with incredible variety, outstanding quality, and attention to detail that truly elevates the dining experience, but still meets some dietary requirements. What made this stay unforgettable, however, was the people. The staff didn’t just provide service—they created an experience. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and thoughtful. They consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and going out of their way to make us feel genuinely special. It’s rare to encounter such a level of hospitality, where you feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. A very special thank you to Mina, Chef Gomaa, Chef Atteyah, Chef Ezz, Taher, Nagy, Mahmoud, Ramadan, Ahmed, and the entire team. Each of them played a part in making this the most memorable trip we’ve ever had. Their dedication, kindness, passion for excellence, and obvious love for the job did not go unnoticed.

An absolutely amazing stay ❤️ First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the management of Jaz Star & Spa for such a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and everything is perfectly organized to make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. A very special thanks to Mr. Mina—honestly, his level of care and professionalism was exceptional. He was in contact with me even before our arrival, arranging everything and making sure all details were perfect. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. When he knew it was our honeymoon and also my birthday, he went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. The honeymoon setup and birthday celebration were absolutely amazing and meant so much to us ❤️ The food was incredibly delicious, and I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Salah and Taher at the restaurant for their great service and kindness. Finally, thanks to the entire team—from the smallest role to the highest—for their hospitality and positive spirit. Definitely coming back again!
