El trato y la atención del chico de la recepción. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el extractor del baño y el chico de la recepción no dudo en subir de inmediato a solucionarlo.

El personal y el desayuno y la comida muy bien. La habitación cómoda en relación al precio abonado.
El Internet no es tan bueno. La almohada de la cama matrimonial es una sola larga y eso es incomodo

La cercanía para ir a la warner
Antes de hacer el check out a las 12:00 h aún teniendo el cartel en la puerta de no molestar, la limpiadora llamó una vez y entró a las 12 menos cuarto y le dije que qué quería y me dijo que si nos faltaba mucho que tenían que hacer la habitación. Es la primera que me pasa algo tan desagradable porque afortunadamente yo estaba vestida y mi novio estaba en el baño.

La ubicación.
La limpieza era bastante precaria y la insonorización de la habitación inexistente. Se escuchaba una fiesta en el restaurante del hotel hasta las 23:30 de la noche y no pudimos descansar.
