Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again. Right in the city centre and close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful and large room as well.

Booked hotel mainly because of the I could have dinner in the Japanese restaurant. Went for dinner to be told that closed for individual guests only available to all inclusive guests Should have been informed

We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it. My only complaint is: If you advertise your breakfast is served until 12:00 Sunday Then don’t start putting the buffet away 45 minutes early. We have experienced this on more than one occasion and we’re quite disappointed.

We really enjoyed the super large and cosy bedroom, as much as the modern bath and the large shower in the bathroom :) Friendly staff, good location in the heart of the city center, and really close to a Q-Park parking. The city was a bit quiet when we were there, but small, walkable and pretty charming. Highly recommended hotel. Go for a deluxe room, you won't regret it :)

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Tongeren. It is the perfect place because it is in the middle of the florhmarkt. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only suggestion is too not stay in a room that faces the main street. The bar across the street can get loud and could hinder sleep. This isn't the hotels fault, but just something to note.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in 2020 before the lockdowns, and now again for 1 night in March '21 during the 3rd lockdown, so we can compare the service. In 2020 we could leave our luggage at the reception when we arrived before the official check-in time of 3pm, now it's not possible; there is no one there before that time.You can reach them by phone though. Beware: the receptionist only stays there until 5 or 5.30 pm, unless you warned them of a late arrival. Check-in was smooth. We got 2 electronic cards with which we could open the front door and the door of our room. We were told to leave those in a special box when we checked out in the morning. The room was big and clean. It has a comfortable double bed (I would like some ergonomic pillows though), a shower,a sink ,an separate toilet, a flatscreen tv, a medium size fridge, and since the lockdown: a table at which you can eat in the morning and the evening. Plates, glasses and utensils can be found in the bar next to the reception. In 2020 restaurant Esaki could be reached through a door in the lobby. Now this door is closed when the receptionist goes home, so you have to walk around the block to get your take-away dinner. Breakfast is always extra; but is is worth it's price ! In 2020 it was a buffet, now it's an extensive breakfast box, with croissants,buns,sandwiches,different cheeses and kinds of ham,eggs,butter, jam,chocolate and gingerbread spread, brownies,water, fruitjuice and coffee or tea.

Situation of the hotel is perfect - mid downtown area with shops and restaurants in walking distance . Very good bathroom with separate shower cubicle (very big) and separate toilet. Cleanliness perfect- good matras and pillows. Will certainly go back again

We stayed at this hotel because it's in the middle of the Sunday antique market. We could walk around the market, bring purchases back to the hotel and continue shopping. Extremely convenient to the market.

Very good receptionist on arrival, friendly and helpful with a smile. She made a reservation for us in a nearby recommended restaurant and checked they would accept our small dog. We had a good evening which made up for our terrible experience the night before in Augsburg, Germany. Thank you

We like the proximity of the hotel to the center of town & the late checkout option on Sundays. We do not like the fact that it calls itself a 4 star hotel yet we’ve never seen the attached restraint up & running. The €19 per person breakfast is quite sad. We’ve had it in the past so chose the locale cafe for a fraction of the cost yet much better quality.

This is my sophomore stay at the Eburon and will definitely go back. Historic building, swanky reception area, welcome cava with pastries and late checkout for only 10 euros! It's a good base for doing the Antiekmarket on Sundays. It's right in the middle of the action. A lot of good restos and bars around. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and king sized beds! And the aircon actually works! Just make sure to close the shower area real tight because water seem to seep through and potentially puddle in the room. Good selection for breakfast too.

This hotel is located centrally to the antique markets, so it makes getting up early to find the good pieces all the more easier. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms could use a slight upgrade. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. This hotel is also centrally located to the museums and local shops. I would recommend this hotel. I will also stay here again on any return visits.

First impressions were good, but that's where it ended! The hotel lobby is light, bright and modern, but under-utilised. In the 4 days we were there we only ever saw about 3 other guests (although hotel was full) and the bar never seemed open! There was no restaurant (other than a breakfast room) although one is advertised. The room was nicely furnished, again modern/minimalist. One day our used coffee cups were not cleaned/replaced and the coffee supplies not replenished. On our way out that evening I asked for it to be done. When we got back someone had put 2 coffee pods on the tray but left the dirty cups! 4* service?? I'd pre-paid for the hotel through Expedia when I booked it over 8 months ago, but the hotel tried to charge me again, over 600 Euro's! It took a few heated exchanges before they agreed it had been paid for (they even had my printed confirmation from Expedia!) The staff were curt and often absent from the front desk. I paid good money for this hotel and expected much better. I was disappointed especially as this was part of a surprise weekend away for my husband's 40th. I felt let-down by the hotel. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend it.

Great hotel. Room was very clean well maintained. The only odd thing is that there was a bathtub in the middle of our room. Additionally, instructions to turn it on were somewhat difficult.

Had a great stay at the Eburon Hotel whilst visiting Belgium for the F1 - reception staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were extremely clean and modern - and great places to eat and drink very nearby. Would definitely return.
