The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle.

The Grand Hotel Liberty was stunning and very conveniently located. The breakfast was great and so was the service both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The building itself is historic, but the rooms have all been modernized with good lighting and even phone chargers by the bed which was also quite comfy. The pillows weren't great, but the rest was wonderful.

It's a lovely hotel for people of all ages and interests as it offers a wonderful spa facilities, accommodation and services to suite everyone. We were a family of four with kids aged 3 and 8 but we saw plenty of single travellers, couples of different ages and older families enjoying themselves at the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was very close to the vast choice of restaurants and beautiful views over the lake. The hotel restaurant is definitely worth a visit and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had with views from the terrace that are so nice in the warmth of the sun. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Grand Hotel Liberty is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in walking distance to Riva del Garda's historic center. The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out. The hotel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding as well as the service and friendliness of the restaurant staff. I was able to enjoy the indoor spa pool as well as enjoy a spa treatment. The spa amenities as well as the staff were wonderful.

The hotel is okay. There are no robes or slippers in the rooms for a hotel of its rating. The curtains in my room were not closing but there are external shutters which are blockout so not a big deal. There is a variety of breakfast options. The wifi connection is not very good, it drops a lot. The location is good.

Grand Hotel Liberty is a beautiful old style building and very well located. However, two important aspects are not compatible to a 4-star hotel. 1 - The bathroom was unbearably small, especially the shower stall. There is not enough space to comfortably take a shower. It is hard to move and not accidentally touch the shower knob and shut down the water. To make things worse, the bathroom has no appropriate ventilation. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that rooms in the more modern area in the back of the hotel have more bathroom space, but the hotel was full and reallocation wouldn't be possible. I had booked an executive room, not a standard one. 2 - Breakfast was ok, but compatible to a 3-star hotel due to limited variety of fruit, cheese or other fresh, hand made items usually offered in high standard hotels. The staff is very kind and available to help in any possible way, no complaints.

Great location, very central to all the shops. All the staff were very accommodating to English speakers. Off street parking was a bit complicated but once you park, you’re at the back entrance. Both indoor and outdoor pools were very relaxing.
