In a word, Shauna. She’s the hotel manager who took excellent care of us. Our plane was very delayed but she was there waiting for us at night to make sure our driver would stay. She showed us to our room and said to not worry about checking in until tomorrow because we were tired. Checked on us the next morning. She was amazing.

Our apartment was quite well equipped and all the staff were very welcoming. We were on the upper floor amongst the trees which we found was terrific for birdwatching.
