The resort was immaculate! The customer service was outstanding in all areas, there was a large variety of exceptional food choices, and the amenities were first class. Can’t wait to book another trip there!

I've stayed at Riu before, but Riu Palace in PVR was definitely one of the best! Great food, room was fantastic and staff at the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Very clean room and attentive staff. Whenever you need anything they are quick to help you. Food was very good in all the restaurants. 10/10 would recommend for anybody looking for an inclusive resort, and worth the money.
