No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in.
A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted.
Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru Expedia. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply.
Nice place but seems disorganized.

No one at reception and lots of confusion for other guests as well.
Tried phoning to book another night but no response. Booked via Expedia. Texts only in German even after saying my only language is English.
