We did run into some small issues with our room but understandably so due to their renovations coming in the near future.

The tv remote batteries were dead, went to the front desk for service no one was there to help, no bell. Went back to the room to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. The hotel allows pets beware dogs were barking all night in the hotel.
