Our stay at Plaza Camelinas was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fabulous restaurant and pool. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, but have everything you need to enjoy your stay with modern bathrooms and amenities. I would highly recommend Plaza Camelinas to anyone visiting Queretaro!

Property would be rated higher if not for a handicap ramp that is not clearly marked creating a trip hazard. While wearing flip flops, I ended up with a black and blue big toe. Secondly, there was confusion whether a breakfast buffet was included.

A nice clean property with a pool and restraunt

The hotel has a play area for children; unfortunately, it is not bolted down and seems unsafe when children are in the swing. The pool was busy, and the following day, when we went to the pool, the water looked cloudy and dirty as if it had not been cleaned the night before. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of repairs. The food in the restaurant was basic. I recommend going out to eat elsewhere.

We are from USA. This place is different from the pictures on the website, and only the lobby is clean. Room was not cleaned properly, and there was a pervasive foul odor emanating from the bathroom.

I wanted to thank Plaza Camelinas for an absolute joy to stay with. The staff was amazing, the restaurant is great, and they accommodated my (ok) spanish. I will definitely be back and without a doubt will pick this hotel again.

This hotel was spacious and clean. I made a reservation for this place because it had a garden and the pool would be nice for the kids to play in, but it rained so we couldn't enjoy it.

The property is as good as it can be. I had a massage session which was excellent, a different experience from some traditional massages. Rooms are okay. Upon arrival there was a very unpleasant smell. Around the hotel there is freeway construction which was very inconvenient after going out to dinner and returning to the hotel the access was closed.
