Room was clean but in need of some refreshing
Getting old and needs some updating.
1 bathroom sink did not drain properly (missing the drain lever).

I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful views and the trails were amazing. Karla made our experience so much more enjoyable! I can’t wait to come back to visit again.

This is such a special place! Great staff, amazing location, superb architecture.
They are tidying up the rooms and they look great. Same classic style and colors. The waterfall paths are in great shape again. Nothing like it in San Jose...
The only thing they need is better power near the beds. Travellers have a lot of electrical devices these days....
