We stayed here before a cruise leaving out of Ravenna port. It was very clean, quiet & modern. The staff welcomed us in immediately, when they realized we spoke English - they were able to communicate with us easily. They also went out of there and contacted a taxi to take us to the port. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of things to offer, not just continental. Lots of coffee & drink options, pastries, yogurt bar & eggs/bacon. The area is a short walk (2 min) to the beach, the walk along the beach is nice with a lot of beach clubs to visit. A quick walk around the neighbourhood had a lot of restaurants to choose from - however we did not realize a lot of them close between lunch/dinner or aren’t open at all until 6-7pm. Just something to keep in mind as it’s not our normal in Canada. Overall- great hotel, lovely location & great staff.

It was amazing, before we got there they contacted me and I explained a few things that I was hoping they could assist with and not only did they provide the assistance they went beyond helping us through our 4 days there. The customer service is above and beyond amazing. I was competing in a race and the day before I had back issues, they found and booked an apply for a sports message for me, then I asked if they had a shuttle to the race, they didn’t but booked me a private car to the event. I could go on about how helpful they were. Would stay here again for sure

Recently renewed, lovely, fresh-looking and clean room (deluxe room). Nice staff, not all of them spoke English, but the ones at the reception spoke English very well, and were very helpful. The dinner was really good, and we didn't eat the same food twice during our 12 days stay (half-board). The beach is right next to the hotel. Biking is a good way of getting around, but also the bus stops are close. Also the bus stop to e.g. Ravenna is near.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations (the free bikes were an added bonus and the arrangements for the IronMan exceptional). Emilio in the bar was outstanding. Thank you for a memorable stay!
