    Very clean and nice. However the shower was difficult to operate. The hot and cold didn’t seem to work correctly.

    I booked Argosy for 1 night for my sister and I, we were attending a concert at the new Morton Amphitheater for a concert Friday night. I traveled about an hr away and it was easy to find and close to the concert venue. I arrived early and spoke to the lady at the desk stating I was early but we were going to go have lunch at J. Riegers. She stated we could check in early for an extra $30 so we went ahead and did that. The hotel lobby is brautiful when you walk in. Our room was on the 6th floor, which is a bit of a walk from lobby/parking lot. A entry/exit would have been nice closer to the area. We arrived back around 10:40 or so from the concert. We were a bit hungry and saw a menu buy Gram & Dunn restaurant which is located near the lobby, I asked the hostess but she said the sushi area was closed. There was a hot dog stand outside of the casino big bar(where you can bet on games) but we opted to find the restaurant inside of the casino that was still open and serving Asian food. I ordered spring roll which was ok, it was already packaged in a container of 2, and they were sitting out by the register-not on ice. My sister ordered the pad thai which she said was ok. Our room was decent, it was not extremely cool to which I called the desk, I was told it was motion sensing and if we just got in the room it would cool down. We didn’t think it cooled down too much once we got back from the concert. There was also a small refrigerator in the room but also didn’t seem to be too cold-we put a few drinks in there prior to leaving for concert. I walked barefoot close to the desk in front of tv and the carpet felt wet. The overall “look” of the room was nice, bathroom large just needed some tune-ups too fix AC, fridge and carpet. We left the next morning early as we wanted to explore some areas of KC.
