it was disgusting bed bugs everywhere on the beds. toilet was clogged. there were no bed sheets blankets, pillows, only a mattress. the mattress was disgusting. There were spiders everywhere and i got severe sickness over 1 night

Comfort is basic but totally OK regarding the price we paid. Very good solution for low-cost travelling. People are really helpful there and on the phone if you arrive after 9PM. Everything worked pepectly. A little noise in the morning when people start leaving the hotel but manageable, and again, very good price/quality rate.

Great budget hotel just on the road.A little stop overnight on our long journeys to southern France. We are a family of 5 so was a little worried having to book two rooms.They had connecting doors so very happy. Had a visit to Orleans cathedral and Joan of arc museum. With a beautiful stole along the river.

The hotel is set in a lovely rural setting with the chance for a pleasant walk following a long drive. it is situated on the outskirts of Saran near enough to Orleans for a trip out if wished. A possible down side could have been no where near to eat unless you had a drive into either Saran or Orleans. As this was not our first stay we came prepared for this eventuality. However first time guests may be unaware of this.

Unfortunately very noisy most of the night . Mostly road noise but also other visitors . We have stayed at Premier Classe before . In fact the one further south at Orleans was better. On the plus side its cheap and accessible to motorway.

We prepaid our one-night stay through Expedia. When we checked in the receptionist was adamant we hadn't paid, even though we produced a confirmation from Expedia (albeit the "Paid Via Expedia" lettering wasn't at all clear). To save any arguments we paid again saying we'd check when we got home. We checked our credit card and it had definitely been debited by Expedia. We e-mailed the receipt to the Orleans but no reply/acknowledgement. E-mailed again a few weeks later - nothing. Finally e-mailed the central office - no reply/acknowledgement to date. The stay was at the end of August. Not impressed.

Not good for family overnight as no kettle or chairs. Working man's accomodation with many leaving around 3-5 am. Very small plastic toilet/basin/shower unit. BUT - very cheap accomodation - just not suited to us!

Travellers to other premierre classe know the standard of accomodation and this is exactly the same. English speaking reception staff. No restaurants within walking distance, about 5 mins drive away. No shops either so be prepared to drive unless you want to pay a fortune out of vending machine. Parking secure but hotel at the side of a busy road so was noisy all night. No air con so room very hot and stuffy beginning of August. Good value for money paid but would recommend paying a bit more for slightly better quality.

Bathroom and main room were extremely small. One star rating is appropriate. This hotel served our purpose because we were looking for something cheap and geographically convenient. It was a nice surprise that the wi-fi was free.

De kamer was voorheen een rokerskamer, hoe lang dit niet meer zo was is moeilijk te bepalen. Er hing namelijk een vieze rooklucht, allemaal brandgaten in de vloer! Dit zorgt ervoor dat je niet de indruk krijgt dat de kamer schoon is! Erg jammer!
