Only a 2 night stay on route to St Petersburg but could ask for more. Beautiful hotel and facilities. Staff extremely tentative and genuinely kind. 2 bed suite was incredible with full kitchen facilities if needed. Pool perfect for family’s and a separate adult area. Close to Tim City and 5th Ave.

The place is clean and modern. I originally booked for 10 night, after 2 weeks we were told the hotel can't owner th booking. Then I booked 5 nights supposedly in a chalet. Upon arrival e were told 2 different stories, finally we were not given a chalet but a condo with terrible view. The staff told us we can use the club and where to park. When it came to check out were were assessed $460 dollars for excessing the pool and for parking, a fee no one told us we were suppose to pay. The whole idea of reserving a stay in a resort is to use the pool and club otherwise what's the point. After back n forth they reduced the charge to $142, total irritant!
