Room was a bit small but well laid-out. Quiet, good repair and an excellent breakfast whilst easy to get to the train station and to Old Town. I'll recommend it to friends

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and very helpfull. The hotel is very close to the main square and all the interesting things to see in Krakow. I recoment to everyone.

firstly i want to praise staff, were very helpful even for the smallest thing. they went over and beyond. breakfast was very decent as well (both hot & cold). rooms were clean. hotel location is excellent and was close to old town which is main attraction.
