    This hotel has part of the building with some rooms that are not fit for purpose. We booked the normal room but at the time Agoda app did not show photo of the room. Beware if booking as the building to the left of reception area has old dirty disgusting rooms walls with bare bricks, wires hanging out of sockets, black mould in the bathroom and mattresses that have dips in where they are so worn and often no hot water. We tried to change room but was not allowed to as fully booked. The only good thing about this hotel is the location opposite central beach and a 5 min walk to either the ferry terminal or Playa Norte. I would never stay again. It would have been acceptable and better value for money if we had one of the better rooms.

    Fabulous location, right off Hidalgo but far enough where it’s quiet. Not enough chairs at the pool, which got murky in the afternoon. If you arrive early before 3 o’clock check in time, they have rooms ready, but they want to charge you $*** for them which I think is really crappy. I was extremely hot and overheated and they made me wait an hour in an un-air conditioned lobby to get my room. Also know that there is no elevator and the curving stone steps have no handrails.

    Ontvangst bij aankomst een beetje koeltjes maar wel vriendelijk. Kamer was zeker schoon. Mooi zwembad en ook schoon. Ligt op een heel mooie en goede lokatie. Niet in de drukte maar loopafstand Naarden straat met de restaurants. Niet bij de restaurants op de boulevard gaan eten. Je betaald daar de hoofdprijs. Kwaliteit van eten is wel goed.

    The hotel was in a great location. Shirt work from the port after you get of the ferry and it’s on the front street facing the beach. It was good to wake up with a sea view . The staff were very friendly and helpful. However he hotel is really dated and needs a lot of maintenance. The room we stayed in were pretty old and there wasn’t any hot water there . But the water wasn’t necessarily cold due to the temperature on the island . Walk with mosquito spray , as we were being bitten constantly during the night. But it’s good value for money if you’re looking for something that’s cheaper on the island and is right by the side . I wouldn’t recommend taking kids though .
