I have a brain injury that have caused me to have a myriad problems including a hypersensitivity to sound. In response they put me in a corner room where there weren’t any outside or inside noise. The hotel also covered the small refrigerator I requested with a noise reduction cover. The cover didn’t help but that the hotel took the step was si touching it made me cry.
