The property itself was nicely taken care of. The staff were superb all along, especially the animation team, from which I really want to mention Zeuz and Samir. They showed me how to surf on their wave pool, and were great teachers, as well as really nice guys. Apart from them, the rest of the staff were great. Waiters by the pool, on the restaurants and staff throughout the hotel was great. Activities were really nice as well. We surfed quite a few times (at least myself), and also took part in several other activities which were nice (volleyball match and clay-modeling activities).

They gave us some vouchers to use, but whenever we tried to use them, an excuse arose where we could not specifically use them there because of a particular reason they gave us at that time. For instance, we were specifically told we could use our vouchers to reduce the price to play golf, but when we tried to redeem it for that particular activity, we were told we couldn’t use them there. We ended up using one of them to go diving through the people at the hotel, which ended up being a really good experience. Overall, it was just a pity we couldn’t use the vouchers as we were told initially. Nevertheless, everything else was great.
