    When I booked the room, I made it very clear that it was for 3 adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that the room only had one King-size bed, which was insufficient for 3 adults to sleep. When I inquired at the front desk, they immediately offered to provide an inflatable bed. It seemed like they were familiar with this situation and had already anticipated the need for an inflatable bed since they knew it was impossible to accommodate 3 people in one room. However, they deliberately did not specify this before I made the reservation. If I had known that an inflatable bed would be used to accommodate 3 people, I definitely would not have made the booking. Moreover, the inflatable bed deflated in the middle of the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. If the accommodation for three adults is to be provided by adding extra beds, it must be clearly stated beforehand. Otherwise, this constitutes fraudulent behavior.
