Great staff and breakfast

The staff was great with my mom after she had an accident in Genoa earlier in May. The provided driver information, assistance in room, cleaning staff very considerate. The dining room could use a but of improvement, the food was good but limited. Overall the place was a good stop before coming back to Miami.

Major problem with the bathroom and shower.
Middle of nowhere, far away from all the actions.
We wanted something close to the Airport, it wasn't!
We were told they had a shuttle to the Airport.. yes they do, by calling a service for 25 euros!
