hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. Didn't arrive till almost 11 no one there fortunately the door was unlocked and the room key was on the desk. No one up in the morning so no interaction at all !

Quiet location that you have to drive to. Little disappointed to have to pay for on-site parking when you not close to central Boppard. Wifi did not work for us in the building but did work outside. The place was showing its age as it looks a little worn. Comfortable bed.

The waiter was perfectly dressed but the women and girls who serve breakfast oh my god they wear sneakers all stars and nikes, the women looked like a cleaning lady and that is a pitty when you have such a nice hotel where every room is do nicely styled.

When we checked in, we were warmly welcomed and offered a complimentary drink. During our stay, the staff was extremely helpful and service minded. Our room was small but comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and it was served in a beautiful enclosed veranda, and we enjoyed a relaxing start of the day. We would be happy to return when we're in the area.

Nice hotel. As a business traveler it worked for me, but would probably be better if you were bringing your significant other. Dont necessarily trust your car navigation - it is MUCH easier to get to the hotel going up and around rather than through the town which takes you through tight and winding local roads.

the hotel staff made the stay worth, I was staying to participate in the Koblenz Marathon, and they were very helpful and flexible in ensuring all my needs were taken care of. The hotel has a wellness center free of charge very well equipped, and with plenty of options to pamper yourself. Definitely will return.

First and foremost - not all inclusive. Felt like everything was charged after the fact. But the location was good with a great drive and scenery. Food was very good and the room was as well.

friendly staff, nice setting, reasonable rates, free parking and internet breakfast buffet was ok but we've had much better in a 4 star hotel restaurant food was so so, excellent salad but main courses were not so good basic room was little cramped but they have bigger for more money of course

Stayed at this place as we thought it was near marksburg castle. Turns out there's a big river in the way! And we had to detour along way around to get there. Hotel was ok but was disappointed with location. Unsure whether it was search engine or the hotel itself that advertised location.
