Very friendly clean and efficient. I lost my key and they were understanding and replaced it. Left me a packed breakfast for the last day.

We were greated warmly and we felt welcome throughout . Breakfast brought to our room as we were leaving before 8.30 am - much appreciated!
We fully intend to return often. One nice thing we didn't ascertain but would ask next time - could we make coffee/tea for our room , from the tray left out in the reception area . That would have been ideal!

Had a lovely trip to Polencia and was so charmed by both the area and L'hostal. We had the pleasure of getting greeted by the friendliest staff, Joanna was exceptional and extremely helpful. This was a very unique experience I'll remember forever.
