Room was extremely humid. They tried to accommodate but I think it’s not easily fixable. Room was over the pool and no ventilation. Room felt damp. I asked for a dehumidifier because the first night was rough. They made some adjustments to the temperature and put some tablets in the room so the 2nd night was better but I still got less sleep.

The hotel located in the great area surrounded by stores and restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Booked for the pool & spa. Closed when we arrived no email received. Waited 20 mins for front desk to arrive to check in. Lady was on her cell phone the entire time. There was a huge domestic violence dispute in the hotel that went on for hours throughout the night. Complaints were made nothing resolved another room finally called police. No sleep. Shower water was very cold. Breakfast was disgusting. Biscuits were like rubber, eggs very overcooked & sausage was very undercooked. Checking out was chaos with all the near by rooms complaining of the people fighting & nose that went unresolved for hours till the police finally came. 3 people smoking pot outside of hotel we had to walk through to even get in after we went to dinner. Over all worst experience we’ve paid to stay for. Would not recommend other than the hotel being very clean.
