    I had to be moved 3 times. The 3rd room was ok, but there were no wash cloths or toilet paper in the room. The refrigerator was too small, there was a 2" gap under the door. I wasn't informed that I had to call the front desk in order to have my room cleaned. I don't feel like I should have went through that since I've been coming there for years now. I'd like to be compensated for this.

    The first room I was booked into was disgusting.The lights where broken and the ptech unit was cracked. After complaining i was moved to a second room. In this room the sheets look like someone urinated on them. After a cery heated debate with the extremely rude "front desk" ( she would not give me her name) person, I was switched to a different part of the hotel/motel that was normal. It was clean and everything worked. She called it an upgrade! Lessons learned: always get a refundable rate and book directly with the property! Wyndham customer care refused to assist me because I booked via a third party. Apparently anyone can buy a Wyndham property and run it however they want-standards be darned! Needless to say Wyndham is off my list of trustworthy places to stay!
