Superb hotel. Ibis Budget’s are usually very small rooms but these rooms are a very good size and well equipped including air conditioning and a big TV. Very comfortable sleep and I would definitely stay again.

The check in was great, very friendly. However the night was not so great: very noisy in the back of the hotel because young adults gather at night in front of a résidentiel building, down the hotel. The sounds travelled loudly until after midnight. In addition clients of the hotel smoke in the rooms at night, too lazy to go outside, and the smoke goes under the door up to my room. The hotel could improve this with smoke receptors. And separate smokers and non-smokers at different floor levels.

Day time staff was rude and unfriendly. In response of any inquiry, they used to show attitude, rudeness and disrespect. The Manager was highly disrespecting, and rude. We were scared to deal with day staff.

Is this a 3 star hotel? The motel in the very countryside is even better than this! There is no soundproofing, the room smells of cigarettes, and the bed cushions are all broken! The toilet doesn't drain, so everything comes into the room. What kind of 3-star hotel is this? Oh my friends! Don't be surprised if there will be some unknown body hair on your bed and in your room!

The beds were too small, they had the lights for the hallway off, which made the place look really dark. The location was awful, wasn’t 7 miles away from the Eiffel Tower, was like 20 miles away.

Clean hotel. However, the corridor was dark. There was no sensor, used phone torch light to locate the light switch. Walking distance to Casino Supermarket, pharmacy and eatery. Far away from city area.

It's hard to locate if you're walking from the RER station. The hotel website doesn't have directions. But there's a bus stop at the bottom of the RER station which takes you there, OR get on the main drag and turn RIGHT . . . just keep going. It seems like an odd place to walk, but it's easy, pretty flat. Runs alongside a bike path and there's a short area for pedestrians only. The walk only took about 10 minutes. It cost 5.50 Euros roundtrip into Paris. So if you want to save money, this is a good choice. The walls are a little thin, and I could hear the people in the next room at times. But all in all, it was the perfect place for two nights and one day in Paris.

A really good deal from Expedia. The hotel wasnt anything out of the ordinary and just right for what we paid. I would have been unhappy if I had paid a lot but it is just a bog standard hotel. Dont expect anything fancy but does what it is supposed to.
